These SMS Terms & Conditions govern text messages sent by Solace Palliative & Hospice Care Inc (“Solace,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Solace may send SMS/text messages about inquiries, referrals, appointments, care coordination, and other service-related updates for Solace Palliative & Hospice Care.
You can opt in by providing your mobile number on our website and checking the SMS consent box on a form, or by otherwise clearly requesting text messages from us. Opting in is voluntary. Consent is not a condition of receiving hospice or palliative care.
Message frequency varies based on your request and the status of your inquiry or care.
Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan with your wireless carrier for details. Solace does not charge a fee for SMS messages, but your carrier may.
Reply STOP to any Solace text message to opt out. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and then stop SMS messages to that number. You may opt back in at a later time.

Compatible carriers include major U.S. wireless providers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
